- Account Information: Username and password, if applicable

- The Technology Platform only accesses Personal Information as necessary to operate the online ordering system and will process data strictly in accordance with UK GDPR and this Policy.
- Personal Information collected via the ordering system is stored on the Technology Platform’s secure servers for a maximum of 3 months and is used solely to operate the Services, process payments via Stripe, and provide order-related communications, in accordance with UK GDPR.
- Legal bases for processing: contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, consent
- Customer rights: access, correction, erasure, restrict/object, portability, withdraw consent
- International transfers safeguarded
- Complaints to ICO allowed
- In the event of a personal data breach, the restaurant and Technology Platform will follow GDPR breach notification procedures, including reporting to the ICO and affected individuals where required.

14. Customer Responsibility and Restaurant Liability
Restaurant as Sole Contracting Party:
- Fully responsible for all aspects of the order: preparation, pickup, delivery, menu accuracy, allergens, refunds, mandatory fees, and customer service.
- Payment processing via Stripe only; platform not liable for payment issues, refunds, or disputes.
- Delivery may involve independent drivers via Virtuous Restaurants Ltd. Drivers are independent, act at their own discretion, and the restaurant remains fully responsible.
Mandatory Fees: Any administrative or service fees are explicit contractual responsibility of the restaurant.
Customer Accountability: All customers must review and comply with https://virtuousrestaurants.com/accountability.
15. Orders, Refunds, and Change of Mind
- Orders are sent straight to the kitchen and cannot be canceled or reversed by the platform.
- Refunds, changes, or adjustments are the sole responsibility of the restaurant, in line with their policies.
- Virtuous Restaurants Ltd is not liable for any claims, disputes, or requests for refunds, including change-of-mind or dissatisfaction.
- Customers agree that platform support (resolutions@virtuousrestaurants.com) is for technical matters only and does not shift liability from the restaurant.
